Holsteingear.ca is solely for the sale of Genuine Holstein Gear which includes apparel and giftware. A separate account is required to order Holstein Gear.

You may create your account online. Your account will be activated upon authentication of your verification email.


Order

No. Orders can be as small as just one item.

Yes. Call us, print out and fax the eStore order form, or drop us a note by standard post.

If you are wanting a larger quantity, or if you would like to see something added to the store please call or email us.

No, however Holstein Canada merchandise is offered for sale at The Royal Winter Fair and the Canadian Dairy XPO.


Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours.

Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Submit your request when placing your order, or email us (include the Order #) at info@holsteingear.ca with the details.

Yes, if you specify a PO Box # as your address, your order will be shipped by Canada Post.

If for any reason you are unhappy your purchase, you are able the return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a full credit within 30 days. You are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Holstein Gear warehouse in Cambridge Ontario. Clearance and Personalized items are not eligible for returns. Email us at info@holsteingear.ca for details on how to complete your return.


Payment

All major credit cards.

Gift cards are applied during the Payment section of checkout process. On the right side of the screen below your order summary, you will see a box that says "Gift card or discount code", enter your unique gift card code there and then click the "Apply" button beside it.


Custom & Personalized Products

Personalization is only offered on select apparel. A personalization option is displayed on the product pages for the select apparel items.

Yes, often we can accommodate custom orders. Please email your request to info@holsteingear.ca and we will confirm if it is possible.

Yes, custom text embroidery is indicated on the specific garments where it is available. We will embroider the text exactly as you enter it in a Block Font (similar to Arial Bold). At our discretion we may put the text on 2 lines, unless you specifically request otherwise. Orders with custom text embroidery will take 2-3 weeks to complete before they are shipped. The text can be your full farm name (e.g. Smith Farms), prefix only (e.g., SMITH) or a personal name (e.g., John Doe).
